Aptive Resources and Artemis ARC, through their joint venture Arrow ARC, received a 10-year contract from the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to provide health care staffing services and programmatic support to VA facilities and program offices nationwide. The five-year multiple-award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract has an additional five-year option period and a ceiling value of $23B.
Expected task orders will focus on addressing critical staffing shortages and new provider types, with the overall goal of improving care delivery for Veterans. Work will include temporary staffing services, which covers clinical and non-clinical positions, such as physicians, nurses, pharmacists, therapists, technicians, social workers, administrative staff and other care adjacent professionals. It will provide on-demand staffing solutions to VA medical facilities that are experiencing critical staffing shortages due to factors such as high turnover rates, recruitment challenges, seasonal fluctuations, surge demands and/or emergencies.
