Arrow ARC Secures a Spot on 10-Year Integrated VA Healthcare Transformation 2.0 IDIQ
The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration (VHA) awarded Arrow ARC, a joint venture between Aptive and Artemis ARC, a spot on the 10-year, $14 billion Integrated Healthcare Transformation (IHT) 2.0 Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This vehicle enables Arrow ARC to deliver health care operations, management and modernization services to support integrated, coordinated and high-quality care for Veterans.
Arrow ARC will deliver services across four key areas:
- Health system transformation and innovation
- Implementation and operations
- Health care business enabling services
- Health informatics

Services available under the contract include electronic health records management, financial and human resources transformation, analytics, access to care, population health, regulatory compliance and suicide prevention.
